Transcity Legacy Way Tunnel

The Legacy Way project in Brisbane has been completed and represents an innovative project in the mechanized tunnelling field. Two Hard Rock-TBMs, manufactured by Herrenknecht were used and excavated approx. 4,6 km of tunnels. This are the first two TBM all over the world that are using the two-component bakfill grouting system.
